Returns and refunds

Nails of the abyss will unfortunately not be offering refunds or returns for incorrect sizing or in the case of the customer changing their mind. So please ensure sizing is correct before ordering and you have selected the correct design, sizing options and adhesive type.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (not what you ordered), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
